Viewing Employee Details

You can view employee details, including general employee information, user access roles, assigned card accounts, and a history of the last 20 changes made to an employee’s profile.

To view employee details:

  1. Select Employees > Manage and click the employee whose information you want to view. Or, while viewing other information about an account, select Take me to > Employee Detail from the list (this option is not available if the account is not associated with an employee).

  2. Use the tabs on this screen to review the employee information. For descriptions of these tabs, see the table below.

Tab

Description

General Information

Displays basic user information such as user ID, name, and address. For more information, see Employee General Information Fields.

User Access

Allows you to manage an employee’s access to PaymentNet and to transaction and account information. From this tab, you can change an employee’s:

Accounts

Displays the cardholder name, account status, current balance, and available credit; also allows you to view payments and view and download statements for the employee's accounts. The Account Number link on this tab provides access to the Account Detail screen for the account. For more information, see Viewing Card Account Details.

SUA User Access

Allows you to upload, view, and delete public-key certificates for use with the Single-Use Accounts API. For more information, see Managing Certificates. This tab is available only if your organization uses the Payables module.

History

Displays a list of the last 20 changes made to the employee’s profile. For more information, see Viewing the Employee History.
