PaymentNet provides self-service card management functions that give cardholders direct control over their accounts. These functions allow you to perform a variety of actions for which you would otherwise need to contact J.P. Morgan Customer Service; for example, activating a new card, setting or updating the PIN for your card, requesting a replacement card, or closing your account.
In addition, if your organization uses convenience checks and your program administrator has granted you permission, you can order new checks and stop payment on existing checks.
On the My Account Detail screen, the I’d Like To... list gives you access to the self-service functions that are available to you based on your organization and hierarchy settings, the account type, and the status of your card account. For more information, contact your program administrator.
